Beginner Crochet: In-person
This is a 3 week, in-person, group crochet course for complete beginners. Students will spend 1 hour a week learning how to hold their crochet hook, how to tension their yarn, a few basic stitches, and how to read stitches and charts in a pattern.
Course runs on the following dates:
Tuesday 1st September - 6.30pm to 7.30pm
Tuesday 8th September - 6.30pm to 7.30pm
Tuesday 15th September - 6.30pm to 7.30pm
It's a great feeder course to the Intro to Crochet course, which teaches some more complex techniques and how to make a finished item.
Beginner students will be in a class of no more than 5, so they get the bonus of focused student-teacher time as well as the support of learning with others.
Included in the class is:
- Crochet hook
- 1 ball yarn (enough to learn and practice at home)
- 3 in-person group sessions of 1 hour each - Tuesdays (1st, 8th and 15th Septmber), 6.30pm-7.30pm at The Woodman Inn, Leeds Road, Outwood, WF1 2LU
